 The great chef 

Elián Hernandez is 31 years old, he is a famous chef from Bogota,Colombia. Here is his story

Chef  Elián discovered his talent during quarantine for Covid-19 in 2020, he enjoyed many meals at home and he found inspiration in his parents food. From 2020 to 2026, he was a student at Colegio Champagnat in Bogota. He spent good times at the school. He went to many restaurants with his family, his dream was to have a restaurant.  

After the school,  he started his studies to be a professional cook. His first  restaurant was at his family house, all family came at home and they ate his delicious food. After many visits they started to pay their food and he won much money. With that money he rented a place to open his first restaurant.

So now, in 2040 he lives in Bogota, Colombia with his dog ´Raul`. Elian has opened restaurants in different cities around the world, he travels frecuently to be in contact with his people and his restaurants have won many important awards, he wants  to win a Michellin star. His dream has come true!
